OCTAGON™ Circuit

A short, fast, effective, whole-body 360° workout based on a circuit of individual exercise stations. Taking place on the gym floor, this circuit class makes full use of Cynergi's OCTAGON™ rig, delivering fun & unlimited cross-training, strength and functional group drills perfect for everyone from fitness beginners to professional athletes.


Insanity® uses a method called Max Interval Training. It's not your typical interval workout. You'll do cardio and plyometric drills with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. It all happens in long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest and claims to burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour.

Interval HIIT

After a short warm-up period of exercise, blast into a series of alternating repetitions of high– and medium-intensity exercise. This high intensity interval training class helps boost your resting metabolic rate for up to 24 hours, improving athletic performance and burning fat more effectively than traditional cardio workouts alone.

Spin 'n' Strength

This total body class is targeted at both genders, all ages and every fitness level! With 40 minutes of core & leg workouts on the bike and 20 minutes of upper body resistance training, this one hour multifunctional workout has been designed to maximise calories burnt - both during and after the class is over!
