I’m a member at Cynergi Gym, and as many people often ask me how I manage to juggle work, events, being a mum and training every day. Busy as we may be, we have less trouble finding time for television, social networking or even dull household tasks because there simply aren’t the same steep psychological barriers to those activities. Exercise should be an enjoyable part of your everyday life. If it is not, you will not continue with it. I love exercising every single day, be it in the morning or in the evening, so I make sure to have a plan. Here are a few tips that might help you get on the right track!
