This might come as a surprise to you … but workouts don’t always need to be an hour long. When you don’t have time, you can go for a short HIIT.
A HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout takes a maximum of 15-20 minutes. It is a type of cardio workout which targets your whole body in a short amount of time.
‘I forgot I had to go to training’
If this is an issue for you, start thinking of your workout as an appointment of sorts. Just as you would schedule an important meeting, you need to start scheduling your workouts on your calendar.
It’s much easier to follow through on a workout, if you’ve planned the time for it during your day. Set alarms and reminders if you need to; your workouts should become a priority.
‘I don’t have anywhere to leave my kids while I train’

‘I don’t have time to go around for parking’
Malta’s premium gym is situated at the heart of St.Julians, which means that it can be a bit of a challenge to find parking.
Leave the sweating for your workout. Here at Cynergi, we offer you 3 hours of free parking while you train. Your car will be safe and sound in the Eden car park and you can take the lift up to the gym, just so you really don’t waste any of your time.
