Spinning
Ride the calorie killer! Spinning is a fun athletic cardiovascular cycling w/o that burns fat fast! The pre- choregraphed ride is performed on bikes and is the ultimate studio experience. Guaranteed to burn maximum calories whilst tononh bums, thighs & calves.
Hi Lo Rhythm
A choreographed hi -lo aerobics class, which ensures the conditioning of heart and lungs, improving stamina and co- ordination.
Yoga/Hatha Yoga
A chance to disperse all the myths surrounding yoga training. Tones the body while incorporating a set of postures, which are synchronized with breathing. Profoundly beneficial to improve flexibility and combat stress.
Challenge Step
This class allows you to challenge yourself on the step with exciting turns and wild wicked choreography.
Abdominals
An intense workout targeting the mid section, to obtain firmer and sculpted abdominals.

Pilates
The aim of this method is to produce fluidity and awareness of movement. it both lenghtens and strengthens muscles. Pilates develops a body that thinks for itself and is healthy inside and out.
Abs - Solution
This class will help you to trim and tone using one of the best tools on the fitness scene, the stability ball. Transform posture, tighte and tone your core muscles. Isolate strengthen and stretch every muscle in your body to achieve total balance. This class will give particular focus to your mid-section.
Pushing power
Pushing power sessions are geared towards Mums with their little ones in tow. The classes are designed for busy mothers to exercise, tone up and burn fat without leaving their child with a minder.
Flexible Strength
This class is ideal for all ages and focuses on imporving flexibility and balance as well as creating body awareness. A must for everybody to improve in all areas of fitness. The class ends with 10 mins of relaxation which will leave you feeling de-stressed for the rest of the day.
