PUSHING POWER COURSE – APRIL 2010
24/03/2010
This spring, Cynergi and The Eden Leisure Mums Club are once again organising Pushing Power fitness classes for mums and babies – to help mums get in shape for summer. The new course will be taking place on Tuesday mornings at 10.30am at the Bay Arena in St. Julian’s. Pushing Power is a great way to work on lax core muscles, whilst never losing sight of your child. The activity provides mothers with the chance to socialise with other mums as well as bond with their children. Mums from all over the country have attended the courses making it a popular choice for a Tuesday morning outing.
Mothers have the opportunity to meet with other mothers, whilst also bonding with their children. Kids can take part in the workout with their mums or entertain themselves in the play area provided.
The class is designed to meet the needs of every mother by also providing nappy changers, bottle warmers, high chairs, walkers, bouncers and much more. Mothers can break when they need to tend to their child and choose their level of participation with the chance to re-enter the class at a suitable pace.
The course is ideal to anyone willing to get back into shape without leaving their child and for those who don't have babysitting. At only €59, the course is made up of 10 sessions but you may also choose to opt for individual sessions at €7 a class. First session is to be held on Tuesday 13th April. Log on to www.edenleisure.com/mumsclub for the full schedule of classes or call 237 10 700 for details.
