PREPARE YOUR KIDS FOR SWIMMING THIS SUMMER!

Cynergi Health and Fitness Club together with the Eden Leisure MumsClub are organising swimming classes starting on 22nd April.

“Little Swimmers” are swimming classes for children of all ages.  Classes will take  approximately 6 each, according to ability, not age.  Classes are held on Thursdays and Fridays at 4pm and 4:45pm, 5:30pm and 6:15pm for a 10-week course, for only €90.  Equipment is provided.

Classes will be held at Cynergi Health & Fitness Club’s 17-meter heated indoor pool.

Mums interested in having their child take up these lessons may choose to remain with the child in the pool area, enjoy a drink in the Cynergi or InterContinental lobby or opt for a healthy workout too at Cynergi Health & Fitness Club whilst their child is trained by the fully qualified instructor from “Rob’s Swim School”.
