Pushing Power For Mums Kicking Off Again on the 30th September!

Pushing Power fitness classes are fitness sessions for mothers with their children in tow, a fitness concept unique to Cynergi Health & Fitness Club.  The classes will resume at the end of September with new exercise routines and techniques for mothers to get into.

Pushing Power is designed to stimulate weight loss especially for those wishing to shed the extra kilos of fat they put on during pregnancy and to tone up muscles which have been neglected during pregnancy. Expert instructors including the warm and familiar faces that many know of both Martin Azzopardi and Gillian Grech, will be there to kick start the mornings with a new and fresh approach. Babies can remain in their buggies, our bouncers or walkers and older kids can even enjoy themselves in the play area available on site and the area is contained enough to keep a close enough eye on them whilst still enjoying the work out. For the younger infants, bottle warmers and nappy changers are provided as well as walkers and bouncers to keep them entertained.

Held at 10:30am each Wednesday, Pushing Power mums from all across the island meet at the Bay Arena in St. Julian’s along with their children. Personal attention is given where needed to those who may have a special condition due to injuries or childbirth complications and expert advice is always at hand.

The course is ideal to anyone willing to get back into shape and for those who don't have babysitting and like to enjoy their child's company. At only €59, the course is made up of 10 sessions but you may also choose to opt for individual sessions at €7 a class.

Anyone who books into the course will be in the chance to win a Fantastic Burberry Gift set.

A full schedule of Pushing Power sessions can be found on the website. The first is set to take place on Wednesday 30th September at 10.30am. Log on towww.edenleisure.com/mumsclub or call 237 10 700 for more details.
