It's also where our TRX® small group classes take place. With TRX® Suspension Training, kettlebells, slam balls, medicine balls and BOSU® to choose from, teach your body how to move naturally, strengthening and conditioning your muscles to easily undertake the activities performed in daily life.
Functional training, if performed correctly, leads to better joint mobility and stability, decreasing the potential for injuries to occur during athletic endeavours, playing sports, or even carrying out household chores or DIY activities!
