Our dedicated cardio fitness area has perhaps the largest number of cardiovascular machines in Malta.
Cynergi has over twenty treadmills from top manufacturers such as True, Life Fitness and Trackmaster, nine steppers, six recumbernt bikes and two upright, and nine cross-trainers from Life FItness and Salter - in fact, we have around 60 seperate machines in total, meaning that no matter what the time of day, you don't have to interrupt your workout waiting for others to finish theirs!
Televisions are located close by to provide you with sports, news and entertainment while you work out, making the hardest trek that much easier.
